Attendance
Attendance tracking included in the application makes Logeto also a fully functional attendance system.
Thanks to repeating verification of people location, while they record work, comings, leavings,
or movements between locations, work records includes information where people were during work.
Attendance records are mainly support for the main module Time tracking but it is possible to look at them separately as well.
Recorded locations can also be further used in the module Vehicle logbook.
Attendance in workplaces
Because the Attendance terminal is located in one specific place and can be used by multiple people in
quick succession with the ability to identify people by fingerprint (and other methods),
it is an ideal solution for permanent workplaces. Another good choice is mobile application - see people locations on the road.
People locations on the road
Mobile application offers localization and recording of people's location.
This feature is mostly usable for people who often work outside the office or alternate individual workplaces or travel on business trips.
This allows you to have an overview of how much time they spent in which place. You can also look at the places where people were on the map.
With, or without internet
Even the event of temporary internet outage does not limit the recording of Attendance.
The Attendance terminal records everything without any trouble.
As soon as the internet is available records are synchronized and all administrators can again see everything they need.
Also in the mobile application, it is not necessary to have a constant internet connection - locality can be recorded as GPS coordinates,
when the internet is available everything is synchronized and the coordinates are converted to an address.
Overviews, evaluation, statistics
Thanks to overview tables and print reports you will get a quick overview about the attendance of individual
people and have the ability to compare them. At the same time, you will be able to see how much time people
spend in each location or how much time they spend, for example, on their business trips. As well as this,
you can also export records to excel and pdf. In addition, for advanced users,
we support work with excel pivot tables, including many graphs.
